Job Summary

Applies advanced accounting principles to analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and support the implementation of internal accounting controls. Ensures financial records are properly maintained in compliance with company policies and U.S. GAAP standards.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for the general ledger by collecting, analyzing, and allocating data; ensure proper documentation and audit trail support.

  • Review and analyze general ledger and accrual accounts for accuracy and compliance.

  • Collect and interpret financial data to prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and related reports.

  • Provide detailed analysis and explanatory text for management reports.

  • Coordinate preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and review for accuracy prior to distribution.

  • Participate in monthly financial review meetings with management.

  • Provide guidance to finance team members on proper accounting procedures and compliance with internal controls.

  • Prepare quarterly consolidation reports and assist with other recurring or ad-hoc reporting needs.

  • Complete assigned analytical projects and reporting tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (accredited).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
