Talent Group is partnering with a respected public accounting firm in California's Central Valley to identify a Senior Audit & Assurance Accountant or Audit & Assurance Manager. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who enjoys leading client engagements, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships.


What You'll Do

  • Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and professional auditing standards.
  • Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide meaningful recommendations to clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
