Job description

This job will be expected to complete the following funtions. This is not an all-inclusive list. This job may be assigned other functions or task.

This is meant to be a general description of the most essential funtions only. Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns. Speak to mangers/offices about payments, refunds and statements.

Ensure that all managers/officies received their financal statements on time. Ensure accuracy of financial statements are correct. Assist with the balancing company budget.

Run variance reports, track financial data and review business trends Assist with forecasts, expense tracking, and annual budget creation. Prepare financial statements, supoort month-end closes, and assist in organizing presentations. Assist with data entry, account reconciliations and audits Research problems handle utilizing internal systems.

Prepare accounting reports to be presented to Controller.
