Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a well-established, high-volume dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and performance. We are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive results, and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and gross profit goals. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals
  • Monitor and improve sales performance, gross profit, and CSI scores
  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance
  • Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge, sales process, and CRM usage
  • Ensure proper follow-up processes are in place for leads, showroom traffic, and sold customers
  • Review and maintain accurate deal documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with F&I and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Enforce dealership policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive sales management experience required (CDJR experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Ability to read and analyze reports, including sales, gross, and inventory data
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership management software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
