Duties Client Relationship & Retention Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering consistent communication and responsive support. Ensure seamless service delivery and proactively resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction. Build trust with decisionโ€makers and stakeholders, positioning 1st Choice as a longโ€term strategic partner. Upselling & Account Growth Identify and execute upselling and crossโ€selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand service lines and increase revenue. Develop tailored account growth strategies that align client needs with 1st Choice's staffing solutions. Collaborate with leadership on renewal negotiations, expansions, and multiโ€year agreements.
