Compensation/Benefits:New hires for this position typically start between $23.54 and $29.42 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you’ll do
The Food Service Account Manager/Driver serves a dual role in that they are responsible for fulfilling and completing deliveries to CFS customers.  They are responsible to prepare meals following exact recipes and specifications using a variety of cooking methods while following all food safety guidelines and procedures.  They are responsible for filling customer orders to 100% through proper measurements, portion control, product labeling and staging methods.  They are responsible for representing CFS in a positive manner while ensuring that CFS customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.

What you’ll bring

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid WA state Food handler’s card.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in food service account management or restaurant management.
  • At least 6 months experience as a delivery driver (any type) and have some knowledge of the area of service.
  • Ability to comprehend local maps and directions
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Experience in developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
  • Must possess a valid driver license and qualify as a PHS Approved Driver.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Minimum 1-year high volume commercial cooking
  • Must be able to accurately follow and scale recipes
  • Must have excellent knife skills
  • Must understand food service terminology
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

Preferably you’ll bring

  • Some experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Culinary school experience preferred
