Job Description We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, technical troubleshooting, and helpdesk ticketing systems and a proven ability to resolve client issues, ensure platform adoption, and deliver positive customer experiences. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat to support commercial credit card program clients using online card management platforms. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution or escalation for final issue closure and client satisfaction. Document interactions and actions in helpdesk ticketing systems and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with account management and cross-functional teams to address complex client needs. Support a 24x7 operation with rotating schedules, including alternating overnight and daytime shifts. Handle difficult customer calls with professionalism and ensure a consistent client experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years of experience in customer service. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective telephone etiquette. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues. Preferred Skills: Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Time management skills to handle multiple client requests while maintaining service quality. Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Schedule & Work Arrangement: Remote role operating within a 24x7 support center model. Rotating coverage including alternating overnight and daytime shifts. Overnight shift after training: 9:30 pm - 6:00 am CST, Monday-Friday. Training schedule for the first 3-6 months: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday-Friday. Additional Requirements: Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams with camera required.
