Job description

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at growing long-term, strategic relationships with complex enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who can deeply understand client needs, ensure successful delivery and adoption, and identify opportunities to expand account value over time. You’ll play a key role in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.


What You’ll Do:



Own Account Growth & Retention

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop deep understanding of client capital development plans. Develop and execute account plans aligned with clients’ capital programs and digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with sales to support smooth handoff from early account relationships into long-term account ownership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for account health, forecasting, and growth tracking.


Lead Strategic Client Engagements·      

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals, performance, and ROI.
  • Understand evolving customer challenges and position solutions to drive continued value.
  • Maintain close relationships with operations to ensure successful project execution, services adoption, and ongoing utilization of solutions.


Build Trusted Relationships

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and business acumen.
  • Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships throughout the account organization.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to expand influence and engagement.
  • Proactively address risks and ensure long-term customer success.


Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from customers to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.


Represent the Company

  • Participate in client meetings, events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.
  • Act as a credible voice in conversations around infrastructure modernization and digital transformation.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise/B2G account management or customer success
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining large, complex accounts
  • Public-sector client experience is a requirement. Experience in infrastructure-related sectors (e.g., utilities, transportation) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics, procurement processes, and long project lifecycles
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel to engage face-to-face with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or another relevant field
