As our Associate Account Manager, you will...

What You'll Do

  • Support all Account Team members in building and strengthening a client's brand and market presence
  • Work closely and effectively with the Account Team to ensure high-quality and responsive service to clients
  • Gain knowledge of clients' industries; review periodicals, industry newsletters, etc.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings and provide ideas
  • Supports all facets of client work as necessary; examples include content, media relations, digital communications, technology, design, and related activities
  • Attend industry events, meetings, conferences, and training as appropriate
  • Conduct basic online research for client projects as assigned
  • Proofread and edit client communications
  • Meet multiple and concurrent deadlines; must be able to prioritize and work efficiently
  • Other tasks as needed for successful project completion

What You'll Bring
