We have locations in Hesston, Newton, and Lindsborg KS. However, we service clients in twelve States. We believe clients deserve clear and honest answers, dependable service, and a team that does things the right way every time. Our culture is positive, supportive, and driven—high expectations without the drama. We work hard, laugh often, and take pride in doing work that matters for families and businesses across Kansas.

This is not a remote position.

What You’ll Do

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, company representatives, and team members

· Manage renewals, policy changes, and daily service with accuracy and urgency

· Work with producers to create new business proposals

· Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that genuinely help clients

· Troubleshoot issues with carriers and advocate for clients when something goes wrong

· Take full ownership of your book and continually look for ways to improve processes and outcomes

What Success Looks Like

· Clients trust you because you follow through and communicate clearly

· You stay organized and steady even when the workload spikes

· You learn quickly and ask smart, thoughtful questions

· You solve problems before they escalate

· You contribute to a culture built on professionalism, accountability, and hard work—but also positivity, support, and a team that enjoys working together.

· You help people every day

· You have fun, and feel joy in what you do

Who Thrives Here

· People who like autonomy and don’t need micromanagement

· People who take pride in being dependable, accurate, and proactive

· People who enjoy learning and can think through complex situations

· People who pride themselves on being ethical in all they do

· People who enjoy helping others

· People who want a long-term career in a growth-oriented midsize agency

· People who appreciate a workplace with high expectations and low drama

· People who enjoy a team that works hard but doesn’t take itself too seriously

What You Bring

· Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

· Ability to learn insurance concepts quickly (experience is helpful but not required)

· Comfort working with details, deadlines, and multiple priorities

· A mindset of ownership: when something lands on your desk, you handle it

· Integrity and professionalism with clients and teammates—and a positive attitude that makes the team better

You’re not just processing tasks—you’re a trusted advisor who helps people make smart decisions about their protection. In a midsize agency, your performance is visible, your ideas matter, and your growth is supported. You’ll also be part of a team that cares about each other and believes work should be meaningful—and enjoyable.
