About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Manager to own customer relationships and drive revenue for our tradeshow contractor / exhibit services. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, manage ongoing projects from kickoff to delivery, and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, timelines, and strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers (current accounts and renewals).
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communications and account needs.
• Coordinate with estimating, production/operations, and logistics teams to ensure schedules and deliverables are met.
• Prepare and present project proposals/quotes; assist with scope clarification
• Track projects through the full lifecycle: kickoff, planning, revisions, production coordination, and post-show follow-up.
• Identify upsell opportunities (additional services, upgrades, repeat business)
• Maintain accurate CRM (NetSuite) documentation (leads, opportunities, project status, contacts, notes).
• Ensure customer expectations are met through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Support sales activity as needed (outreach, networking, attending client meetings/events).
• Collaborate with leadership to improve account processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, client services, or project coordination.
• Experience working in tradeshows/exhibits, events, staging, fabrication, AV, or related industries is a plus.
