POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing product/services support to Client Services staff and plays a fundamental role in achieving Client satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Develops and grows client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product/services. Manages and develops the client services team.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Works closely with the Client Services Team and Clients

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Manages, trains, and coaches Client Services team. Manages staff PTO to ensure department is adequately staffed at all times to serve clients.
  • Ensures great customer service at all levels. Manages client complaints or issues with ease and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinates teams' job tasks to ensure efficient performance with timeliness and accuracy. Set goals and complete performance reviews for CSRs.
  • Consistently timely with reporting requirements and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Stay informed and educate staff on product knowledge. Responsible for ensuring all deposit products are trained appropriately to team members.
  • Document all department process and procedures and ensure policies are up to date.
  • Performs all necessary account reconciliations. Familiar with General Ledger and prepaid/accruals.
  • Utilizes Peoplesoft for Accounts Payable as well as Application Interface and Asset Management (depreciation).
  • Contributing member of Asset Liability Committee.
  • Process unassigned overdrafts
  • Purchase supplies as well as maintaining price bids and budget.
  • Deposit section of quarterly Call Report.
  • Process Levies, Garnishments and Subpoenas.
  • Ensure Bank Settlement position is maintained daily and purchasing/selling of Fed Funds or Wholesale Funding is within policy guidelines.
  • Meet all compliance requirements with regards to products, services, and forms. Prepare exam/audit information including annual KPMG/Eide Bailly responses.
  • Utilize BIC (Business Intelligence Center) to build reports as needed for deposits/marketing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Solid understanding of processes. Familiarity with banking rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Attention to details. Results driven.
  • Mathematic skills, basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, and financial skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associates Degree in Business or Accounting (or a related field); 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
