Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Management Trainee to join our growing team in the Brandon, FL market. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local territory. No prior experience is required—we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

This is a full-time sales role with a clear path to leadership. Our client promotes 100% from within — every manager started in this exact position. You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in your assigned territory

  • Conduct product demonstrations that clearly highlight features and benefits

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close deals

  • Manage accounts and deliver ongoing customer support to ensure high satisfaction

  • Track activities, leads, and performance using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

  • Partner with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions
