If you're proactive, resourceful, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, we'd love to meet you.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, employee-owners, customers, vendors, and business partners while fostering clear communication, collaboration, and connection.
  • Support strategic initiatives. Conduct research, organize information, track projects, and provide administrative and operational support that helps leaders achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Protect confidential information. Handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Embrace an ownership mindset. Take initiative, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute ideas that support executive leadership and strengthen our employee-owned culture.
  • Be the person everyone can count on. Bring a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach that helps leaders and teams perform at their best.

Why You'll Love This Role

This is more than an administrative role-it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to executive leadership and make a meaningful impact across our employee-owned organization. You'll collaborate with leaders throughout the business, contribute to strategic initiatives, improve processes, and help create an environment where our employee-owners can thrive.

At Coborn's, you'll be part of a company that values ownership, innovation, and community. Your contributions matter, your ideas are encouraged, and the work you do each day helps support our mission of serving our guests, our communities, and one another.
