Global Account Executive
Help Expand Metalcraft's Global Reach!

Metalcraft is seeking a Global Account Executive to identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our presence in markets around the world.

This role is focused on growing business by uncovering opportunities, developing new customer relationships, building channel partnerships, and helping customers solve identification and asset tracking challenges through Metalcraft's barcode, RFID, UID, and durable identification solutions.

The ideal candidate is energized by pursuing opportunities, opening new markets, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers. Success in this role comes from initiative, persistence, business development skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve results.

The Global Account Executive will work with customers through sales processes that may involve technical discussions, application reviews, product testing, qualification requirements, and multiple decision-makers. Success requires persistence, relationship building, and the ability to navigate complex opportunities from initial contact through implementation.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Metalcraft's business in targeted global markets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across key industries and geographic regions.
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers, distributors, resellers, integrators, and OEM partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Research target markets, industries, and applications to uncover new opportunities for Metalcraft products and solutions.
  • Engage decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Metalcraft solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, presentations, and business development plans that support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage opportunities through extended sales cycles, coordinating with customer stakeholders and Metalcraft teams to move projects from initial discovery through implementation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Business Development to deliver effective solutions for customers and prospects.
  • Educate customers and partners on Metalcraft's barcode, RFID, UID, and durable identification capabilities.
  • Represent Metalcraft at trade shows, customer visits, industry events, and strategic partner meetings.
  • Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer, prospect, pipeline, and forecast information within Salesforce.
  • Support the successful launch and development of new customer and partner relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of business-to-business sales, business development, or account acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities while managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, product qualification processes, and long-term customer development.
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, manufacturers, or industrial customers preferred.
  • Experience in RFID, barcode, automatic identification, manufacturing, industrial products, technology solutions, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate customer-focused solutions.
  • Self-starter with the initiative to develop opportunities and drive results with minimal direction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.
