About the job Business Development Manager Trainee The Business Development Manager Trainee is responsible for selling Accent Global Staffing services (temporary help, temp-to-perm and direct hire staffing services) to potential clients, focusing on new business development in the areas of temporary, temp to perm and direct hire, focusing on clerical, accounting, customer service including call center operations, general labor and logistics verticals. Build a pipeline of qualified prospective customers in the following industries: Healthcare, Technology, Call Center Operations and Manufacturing/Warehouse Operations. Secure new business within that pipeline Create sales plans that capitalize on market opportunity. Aggressively hunt new business opportunities Drive year over year growth Develop and execute against territory plan to capitalize on market opportunities. Offer customized workforce solutions to clients through on-premise discovery meetings. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to transition to management team.
