Each of our executive consultants is responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts - responsible for both the successful management of client engagements and account development opportunities that unfold. A consultant's role is equal parts client engagement management and strategic business development. Consultant duties vary but range from developing budgets, timelines, and deliverables. 


Successful consultants will have demonstrated management expertise (marketing, strategic planning, finance, operations, talent, technology) in the health and human services fields, as well as previous experience as a management consultant. Experience with managing teams and projects; demonstrated analytical ability to solve complex business problems, consistent with a deep understanding of the client strategy and business operations; and great communication skills are all necessary traits.


Executive consultant roles are full-time positions with salary, performance incentives, and benefits; roles can also be hourly for the right candidate. Candidates must reside in the continental United States. Travel to OPEN MINDS educational events, to the OPEN MINDS office in Gettysburg, and to client meetings is required.
