  • Manage customer accounts and keep all information accurate in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, and service requests, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
  • Proactively connect with customers regarding relevant product and service options based on their needs.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and internal departments to support timely policy issuance and service continuity.
  • Comfortable discussing coverage options for home and auto insurance.
  • Help drive revenue growth through consistent customer engagement and follow-up
