Job description

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a technology-enabled business services organization to identify a Bilingual Business Development Associate in Dallas, TX. This role is hybrid, with at least 3 days per week onsite, and will support client service and relationship management while providing a defined path toward B2B sales and account development.

This position is ideal for an English/Spanish bilingual professional who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and high-volume communication. The role begins in customer operations with the expectation of developing toward a B2B sales-focused position within approximately 12–24 months.

Required:
• Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Comfortable handling frequent client interactions by phone, email, and other channels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work onsite during initial training and at least 3 days per week thereafter

Preferred:
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in B2B sales or account management
• Experience in customer service, client support, or another high-volume customer-facing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience when troubleshooting complex customer issues
• Ability to quickly learn software platforms, business processes, and new concepts
• Strong computer proficiency with common business productivity applications
