The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position can report to our agency located in Middletown, RI or Barrington RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle all day to day aspects of account including communication (written and verbal) with clients and adding deleting locations, vehicles ,etc.
  • Set up applications and negotiate new and renewal terms.
  • Set up proposals.
  • Work with an account executive to help address all exposures faced by commercial client.
  • Introduce other products such as personal lines and benefits to clients.


Qualifications:

  • P&C license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years handling mid sized commercial accounts
  • AMS 360 experience desirable but not required
  • Familiarity with carrier websites
