WHOLESALE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR II
The Wholesale Account Coordinator II is responsible for delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients. The Wholesale Account Coordinator II provides resources and support necessary for a customer-focused environment, committed to service through complete ownership of the customer experience with our organization. The Wholesale Account Coordinator II reports to the Senior Manager, Wholesale Account Services.
Job Duties:
The Wholesale Account Service Coordinator II to be hired in or promoted to this level, this candidate must have the following attributes:
  • Assigned to sales team and their account base
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure quality standards are excellent
  • Extremely organized and can efficiently and accurately work through high volume of work
  • Work well within a team environment, aiding and support to team

members whenever necessary
  • Perform all order management responsibilities. Showing the capabilities to manage orders while working directly with Customers, Sales Reps, Accounting, IT and Warehouse Operations.
  • Adhere to our company/departmental processes and the abilities to complete tasks in the given timeframe.
  • Has excelled in their current work load and is ready to gain additional or more elevated responsibilities
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Senior Manager, Wholesale Account Services

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required/Bachelor Preferred
  • 1 year of Customer Service Experience required
  • Basic computer skills required including Microsoft Office
