*** This is a hybrid work opportunity that will require an onsite presence in either Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ ***

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology 

  • Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process. 

  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process. 

  • Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions. 

  • Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of business office or accounting experience required  

  • Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in the tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learning 

  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication 

  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. 

  • Efficiency in MS Office 

  • Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferred 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities. 

  • Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems. 

  • Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK. 

  • Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness  

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail 

  • Strong time management skills 

  • Ability to multi-task in dynamic and changing environment
