The Experience
We are looking for an Associate Account Partner to join our growing Professional Services sales team. In this role, you will be empowered to uncover customer needs, position compelling service offerings, and help customers unlock value and achieve success on the Salesforce Platform.
You will generate pipeline by identifying opportunities within our existing customer base, work closely with license sales, and articulate how our services solve customer challenges - enabling them to get the most out of their investment in Salesforce. We are building a team of smart, ambitious professionals committed to customer success in a respectful, healthy environment where integrity and reliability are as important as talent and effort.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, progressing deals through a sales cycle to closed won.
  • Engage with the license sales team and customers using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce Services as a long-term trusted advisor.
  • Create compelling visions and clearly communicate entry-point service solutions to generate significant business value from a customer's Salesforce investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional selling teams on account strategy, and partner with the Customer Success ecosystem to ensure customers are optimizing their Salesforce investment.
  • Utilize industry expertise and business acumen to understand a customer's motivation, business drivers, and strategic goals and objectives


You're Our Person If...

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships at the Director, VP, or C-level where you are recognized as a trusted advisor.
  • You have experience navigating complex customer situations within large organizations and gaining executive-level buy-in.
  • You are able to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure, with great attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have expertise facilitating meetings and presenting to executive-level audiences in a concise, inspirational, and convincing manner.


Even Better If...

  • You have 3+ years of consultative sales experience, including 2+ years of inside or field sales experience.
  • You consistently meet or exceed quota, with experience closing deals on a 2-week to 3-month deal cycle
  • You have knowledge of business processes (such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support) and the ability to link those processes with product and technical solutions.
  • You have knowledge of Salesforce applications, platform features, capabilities, and best use, and/or experience in Communications, Media, Technology, or Consumer Business Services industries.
  • You are comfortable with travel and thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
