Join existing Fine Living Services staff to clean, restore order, launder, tidy up, be gentleman's valet, and maintain wardrobe for creative talent. Occasional: dressing, shower attendant for partially disabled man—

  • Males Only Exposure to male nudity (no hygiene care) is essential for this position: occassional shower, dressing, pool attendant tasks.
  • Requires 10 minute or less Commute to Central Palm Springs, CAfor occassional urgent tasks and accident cleanup.
  • 4 hour shift one morning per week — some flexibility of days and time slot, but schedule must be fixed and regular. Depending on day, starting at 9:30 or 10:30 is preferred.
  • More hours available for optional additional services
  • Will train serious entry level with advancement opportunity
  • Hourly wage plus government benefits Depends on Experience (DOE):
    Range: $19 to $60 per hour — entry level to expert career professional
  • 13th Month Rentention Bonus, worker's compensation insurance, FICU paid. 401K CalSaver highly encouraged.

WHOLE ESTATE CLEAN, RESTORE ORDER, MAKE BEAUTY:

  • Heavy, Deep, Light cleaning according to house procedures (windows, ovens, refrigerators, decks, upholstery included)
  • skilled laundry including stain removal pretreating, some ironing,
  • upkeep: fine garments, furnishings, tableware, cookware, and facilities,
  • keep gentleman's wardrobe organized, clean, and ready to wear.
  • set out clothing ensemble for the day and special events: formal tuxedo, beach day, video conference.
  • pack and unpack suitcases for international travel, the Grand Canyon, or Beverly Hills Gala
  • Occasional: dressing, shower attendant—exposure to male nudity esssential to position (no hygiene care)

Not a Temporary Job—intended to be long term; not "caregiving".

REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year paid experience in service industry cleaning, as housekeeper, janitor, butler.
  • Full background checks, and postal addresss for payment by check reported to IRS via W2,
  • California Driver's License, ( U.S. Passport useful )
  • Stable history both personal and work
  • Yearly certification of current COVID and Influenza vaccinations
  • Free from tattoos and facial piercings
  • Fast worker, quick learner, motivated and happy.
  • Dedicated, honest, clear communicator.
  • Tall and Strong: Reach and load 35 pounds onto shelves at 6 feet 6 inches such as overhead bin of airplane; Lift and load 57 pound wheelchair for transit; rarely—Lift 170 pound 6'1" disabled man after a fall.
