Job Title: Design System Engineer (UI/UX Engineer)
Location: Sunrise, FL (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long term contract
Key Skills: UI/UX, React and JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, web accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA, semantic HTML), component testing
Required
  1. 10+ years of experience working with *React and JavaScript/TypeScript*
  2. Strong expertise in *HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices*
  3. Proven experience building *reusable components and scalable front-end architectures*
  4. Solid understanding of *web accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA, semantic HTML)*
      1. Experience with *component testing* (e.g. unit, visual, accessibility testing)
      2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality UI implementation
      3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have
