• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Assess client needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations, developing customized treatment plans aligned with their mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making evidence-based adjustments to treatment interventions to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in accordance with privacy and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, coordinating care to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Actively participate in regular supervision and training sessions, enhancing your therapeutic skills and staying updated on best practices in the field.

As a remote mental health therapist at BJC Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client base, which may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. The ability to connect with each client on a personal level will be essential to building trust and facilitating their path to recovery.

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience providing individual therapy, demonstrating therapeutic competence and a breadth of interventions.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral team member.

• Experience within an outpatient mental health setting, particularly focusing on telehealth services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse populations.
• Prior engagement in professional development or advanced specialty training in specific areas of mental health.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
