Job Description

Job Details
Clients Platforms Team designs and builds the hardware, software and networking technologies that power all of Client's services. As a Networking Test Engineer you make sure that massive and growing network is operating at its peak potential. You have hands-on experience with complex networking equipment, a deep understanding of networking protocols, test design and implementation chops and a background in IP network design. It's your job to make sure cutting-edge technology can perform at scale.
Responsibilities
Design and setup test labs, test beds to exercise and test wireless access network.
Work with software engineers and test engineers to create test cases, write test scripts and execute tests.
Test complex hardware/software systems that push the frontier in hardware design, software design, and system integration.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications:
    5 years of development experience in Python, Perl, Tcl (or equivalent).
    Experience with networking and wireless technologies
Preferred qualifications:
    3 years of experience in testing and debugging in LTE, WiMAX, or Ethernet switches.
    Strong scripting proficiency in Linux, OS X or Unix based shell environment.
    Solid understanding of networking in Linux and test tools.
