Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst Journeyman to join its Team.
Location: Pentagon
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities required:
Candidates must possess at least four (4) years demonstrated relevant current experience, defined as within the past six (6) years, with the following qualifications:
• Performing data extractions, transformation, and loading.
• Data warehouse management.
• Using COTS or GOTS data analytic software; and
• Content management using COTS, GOTS, or other content management programs and services including the following experience in utilizing:
• Data Analytics Software such as Tableau for data visualizations.
• ArcGIS Portal & Insights for map creation and analysis.
• MS Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for data normalization.
• Data statistical analysis software.
• Python.
• Performing data cleansing and normalization.
• Building of data dashboards with access by customer.
• Understanding of the military operational environment.
• Understanding of defense collection management processes and supporting databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
• Demonstrated knowledge of Arc Geographic Information System (ArcGIS) and Google Earth or other similar visualization tools
• Demonstrated relevant written and oral communication skills that enable them to articulate requirements and procedures, convey taskings, and exchange information
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and how the same relates to DoD collection operations, platforms, and sensors
• Demonstrate experience with the following: IC, DoD, and global ISR intelligence disciplines such asGEOINT and SIGINT; Collection Requirements Management and associated software tools such as GIMS, PRISM, NSRP, and SAVANT; and Collection Operations Management and associated software tools such as ROME and BVI
• Demonstrate experience with COTS data analytic applications such as SAS Federal, Tableau, and Spotfire

• Demonstrated relevant written and oral communication skills that enable them to articulate requirements and procedures, convey taskings, and exchange information.
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and how the same relates to DoD collection operations, platforms, and sensors.
• Demonstrate experience with the following: IC, DoD, and global ISR intelligence disciplines such asGEOINT and SIGINT; Collection Requirements Management and associated software tools such as GIMS, PRISM, NSRP, and SAVANT; and Collection Operations Management and associated software tools such as ROME and BVI.
