Hop aboard as our superstar Van Driver! Zip guests to their destinations, swoop in to help with luggage, keep the van shining, and sprinkle some concierge magic. Juggle routes like a pro, navigate with flair, and greet everyone with a smilebecause every ride should feel like a VIP adventure!

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service Superstars: Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
  • Guest Assistance Experts: Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
  • Local Resource Guides: Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
  • Driving Professionals: Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
  • Team Players: Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
  • Valid state drivers license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
  • Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
