Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services has an immediate hiring need for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
  • Provide process flow and other required system documentation
  • Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
  • Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
  • May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
  • Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solution
  • Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC

Here's what you need:

  • 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
  • Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions

Bonus points if you have:

  • Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals

Security Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraph

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
