Job description

Standard Job Description This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation (EBDT) System Integration Analyst position is for an application/system admin for the EBDT Engineering Enablement Team supporting engineering applications for the RMS business area engineering applications, specifically RMS EPDM or PTC Windchill. Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting of the infrastructure supporting the RMS Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) Windchill application environments including LMI, external facing/remotely accessed. Ability to interface with end-users, system administrators and database administrators in order to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Support engineering application upgrade projects, including planned upgrades to infrastructure, applications, and expansion and rearchitecture/reconfiguration projects. Apply knowledge of application operation and through various tools such as log file analyzers and working with performance engineering to identify and solve complex performance and operational problems. Responsible for managing various environments (Development, QA and Production environment).

Plan and manage system updates (installations/upgrades/patches) to keep pace with latest software releases and patches. Must be cognizant and able to support assigned tasks from auxiliary projects of the RMS EPDM program/development team. Must be organized, disciplined, detail oriented, innovative, self-starter, results-oriented and willing to work with minimal supervision.

Participate in as needed off-hours troubleshooting and scheduled activities, involving other specialists when required. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs.

Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Basic Qualifications Proficiency in Redhat Linux and Windows operating system administration required. Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting and related scripting languages such as bash for automating application startup and shutdown.

Experience with Oracle databases, Apache/Tomcat, LDAP servers, and SQL queries. Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills required. Basic knowledge of Enterprise application network architecture including load balancers, WAN accelerators, and firewalls.

Willing to work overtime and off hours as needed to support engineering applications. The ability and willingness to thoroughly document systems, configurations and procedures. Demonstrated strong and effective customer service skills.

Willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members. Desired Skills Proficiency with PTC Windchill applications (PDMLink/ProjectLink) including client CAD applications Proficiency with Software Vendor COTS tool administration. Understanding of Agile development processes.

Understanding of Git for source control and familiarity with automated CI/CD deployment pipelines Experience or formal training with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services. Knowledge of networking principles and operations. Understanding of information security requirements and policies related to application deployment on the LMI and externally accessible application and environments.

Ability to work with supplier technical support and account administration to manage and resolve application problems and bugs. Desire to take on increasing technical leadership responsibilities over time. Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.

Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $88100.00 - $163700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $79300.00 - $147300.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc
