Texas Instruments is hiring a New College Graduate to join the Communications and Brand Marketing Development Program, with a focus on social media. This is your opportunity to shape how one of the world's leading semiconductor companies shows up online - reaching engineers, students, customers, and partners across global platforms.
In your first year at TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. The Communications Development Program is a 12-month program designed for new college graduates, combining function-specific training with hands-on experience across organic social, content strategy, community engagement, and brand storytelling from day one.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience developing and executing social media content strategies, including copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into content decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an instinct for adapting tone and visual format across social media platforms and audiences
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, communications, and regional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions and make channel-based recommendations
