About the Job You're Considering

Are you skilled at guiding groups through complexity, creating momentum in ambiguity, and enabling people to think and work better together?

As an ASE Facilitator within Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), you will design and lead high-impact, collaborative experiences that help clients align, make decisions, and advance their most critical business challenges. This role goes beyond traditional facilitation. It's about creating the conditions for "group genius"-where ideas build, barriers fall, and diverse perspectives come together to produce outcomes that wouldn't be possible individually. This opportunity is well-suited for someone with strong executive presence, human-centered instincts, and a deep curiosity about how people think and collaborate. A key differentiator for Capgemini is the Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE)-a combination of a purpose-built physical space and a proven facilitation methodology designed to accelerate alignment and decision-making. Through immersive DesignShops with 25-150+ client leaders, the ASE enables faster problem-solving at critical moments in engagements.

Your Role

The ASE Facilitator plays three primary roles:

  • Plan and deliver ASE DesignShops
  • Lead center-based teams and event-based contractors
  • Partner with Capgemini teams to position and sell ASE services

Over the course of a year, the Facilitator delivers approximately 15-20 multi-day programs for different client organizations.

For each program, responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-impact conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Designing and facilitating immersive experiences that drive outcomes
  • Managing and directing cross-functional delivery teams (5-15 members)
  • Aligning client and internal expectations before and after sessions
Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops with 25+ participants
Willingness to learn and master ASE methodology (initial ~1-year ramp period)
Broad understanding of business models across industries
Strong executive presence and client engagement skills
Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience contributing to proposal development and solutioning
Strong relationship management skills to educate Capgemini on ASE capabilities and support engagement teams across the sales lifecycle
Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills
   Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in real time
Experience with design thinking, systems thinking, or accelerated learning (preferred)
Willingness to travel ~50%, including occasional weekends
When not traveling, onsite presence in the NYC ASE Center (average 4 days/week)
