The Senior Manager, Partner Product, plays a pivotal role in driving our product strategy. This individual will lead innovative collaborations with external partners to expand and enhance our Commercial product portfolio. The role encompasses strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional alignment, while championing innovation, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance - all to accelerate organizational growth and success.

In addition to technical leadership, this role fosters a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging creativity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

**The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commutable distance to an office. The locations listed are not intended to be a complete or inclusive list.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with multiple external partners, including defining roles and responsibilities, setting communication cadence, establishing partnership goals, reviewing performance metrics, and resolving escalations.

  • Develop product requirements and roadmaps, integrating customer feedback and market insights into strategic planning.

  • Lead decommissioning efforts for underperforming products, including stakeholder communications and customer impact mitigation.

  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product strategy and deliverables.

  • Manage development projects aligned with timelines, budgets, and company objectives.

  • Identify technical risks and assumptions and recommend contingency plans.

  • Collaborate across departments to generate new product ideas and assess feasibility.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product/process development, implementation, and management.

  • Experience in vendor management.

  • Experience in technology design and implementation.

  • Health care industry experience.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership through verbal and visual mediums.

  • Experience fostering inclusive team environments and recognition practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy or management consulting.

  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation within highly regulated industries.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; specialized training or relevant professional qualifications are also considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
