What You'll Be Doing
Quality Assurance & Data Integrity
  • Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans entered into core loan origination systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE).
  • Ensure loan data aligns with executed legal documents, such as Credit Agreements, Notes, Lease Agreements, and other supporting materials, in accordance with a 10-day service level agreement (SLA).
  • Promptly identify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and initiate necessary corrections.

Post-Booking Review & Compliance
  • Review and validate all post-booking and funding changes to loan records within a 5-day SLA.
  • Confirm that all updates are properly documented and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.

In-Office Operations Support
  • Issue cashier's checks to Loan Operations team members, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls.
  • Review executed documents from Line of Business (LOB) partners for Fast Track Loans to verify accuracy and completeness prior to further processing.
  • Forward fully executed loan packages to the Collateral Team for secure scanning and record retention.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with syndicated loans and equipment finance is an asset.
  • Familiarity with core loan systems (ACBS, Aspire, IBS, SBA) is a plus.
  • Experience handling attorney-prepared documentation is also considered an advantage.

The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
