As a Middle Office Services Supervisor within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
This position does require in-office presence 5 days a week, and may be located at other sites within the PNC footprint.
As a Middle Office Services Supervisor you will responsible for supervising 8-10 employees who enter and process applications into the commercial system.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Capital Stream and/or ACBS experience
- Knowledge or experience in key lock applications (EDGE or MOW - middle office workflow)

  • Supervises one or more teams who complete a variety of technical and complex client requests. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Supervises a team who handles complex account and transactional activities. Focuses on the most complex accounts and requests, and resolution of issues.
  • Ensures all responsibilities are completed by assigned team in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Participates on the development and implementation of new processes.
  • Monitors staff performance and the volume and distribution of work. Analyzes the complexity of work assigned.
  • Designs and implements ongoing training, coaching and development for new and existing team members and internal partners as needed.
