This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while remaining connected to our supportive team. You will be working primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, providing therapeutic services directly in school settings. Our aim is to integrate mental health care into the educational environment, ensuring that students receive the support they require for academic and emotional success.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, developing personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's needs.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and resources, ensuring a collaborative approach among clients, families, and educational staff.
• Monitor and manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to treatment milestones.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to collaborative goal-setting to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely submission of reports in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards.
• Engage in crisis intervention and short-term supportive counseling as needed, always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Be available for on-call coverage during and after designated program hours, reflecting commitment to client support.

The clients you will serve primarily include school-aged children and adolescents who struggle with various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe emotional disorders. Your efforts will directly contribute to their academic success and overall well-being, providing them with the tools and support needed to thrive in both school and home environments.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed clinical documentation.

• Prior experience working with school-aged populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, particularly in school settings.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
