The New York Mental Health & Diagnostic Center is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Cumming, Georgia. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to treatment milestones.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to collaborative goal-setting to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely submission of reports in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and short-term supportive counseling as needed, always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.
  • Be available for on-call coverage during and after designated program hours, reflecting commitment to client support.
