Position: General Cardiologist - Location: Mankato, Minnesota - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity - H1b & J1 Visa SponsorshipOverview: Seeking a General Cardiologist to join a growing and collegial team of 10 cardiologists. The position offers the opportunity to provide team-based cardiovascular care in a Health System community hospital with a full spectrum of cardiovascular services. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment with access to academic and research resources. Practice Highlights: Work within a team of 3 interventional cardiologists, 1 electrophysiologist, and 6 general cardiologists Provide a full range of cardiovascular care in a community hospital setting Responsibilities include: - Interpreting echocardiograms and performing transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) - Overseeing NP/PAs who manage the hospital service - Seeing patients in an outpatient clinic Additional imaging skills (e.g., CT angiography, cardiac MRI, and nuclear stress testing) are beneficial Potential academic appointmentQualifications: Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Cardiology Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota Mayo Clinic Health System Benefits: Stable practice environment Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits
