Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for Program Management Support
Description:
Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security in Program Management Support. The position is located in Springfield, VA.Position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
In the Program Management Support role, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties:
  • Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads to ensure coordinated execution of tasks
  • Conduct long-range planning across all aspects of program performance
  • Manage responsibilities related to personnel security, financial oversight, and other delegated duties in support of the Lead Program Manager
  • Report to a manager or head of a unit/department
  • Work independently and within collaborative teams
  • Contribute to moderately complex aspects of programs and projects
  • Develop and apply advanced concepts, tools, and processes to support program goals
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions to identified problems
  • Guide and mentor junior-level personnel in their roles and responsibilities
  • Seek guidance when addressing new, undefined, or unstructured challenges

Required Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with willingness to undergo a polygraph.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience:4-7 years in program/project management or government contract support. A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
  • Necessary skills to work independently within skill level
  • Experience with the following:
  • Scoping level-of-effort for tasks, and providing accurate cost and resource estimates
  • Managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contract
  • Developing and delivering contract deliverables
  • Familiarity with organizational security solutions

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in related technical or scientific fields such as Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related STEM degree
  • Demonstrated experience with the IC and Federal Agencies
