Key Responsibilities: Assist Clients with Enrollment: Help individuals and families enroll in marketplace insurance policies that best meet their needs. Close Sales and Underwrite Policies: Complete applications accurately and efficiently to ensure clients are properly insured. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with internal supervisors, managers, training staff, and customer service representatives to provide the best service to our clients.

Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Adapt to Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and clients. Qualifications: Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Health Insurance License: A current and valid health insurance license specific to your state of residence is required.

FFM Certification: Must have FFM certification for 2025 or can get it within a few days. Release Requirements: Must be released or able to obtain a release from your current upline for Medicare carriers if necessary. Background Check: Must pass a satisfactory criminal history search in compliance with federal, state, and carrier requirements.

Flexible Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Skills and Abilities: Computer Proficiency: Ability to work from home using your own equipment, including a desktop or laptop, second monitor, webcam, and high-speed internet (20 Mbps upload and download speeds). Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Virtual Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. Bilingual Ability: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. What You Can Expect: Support: You'll have the backing of knowledgeable supervisors, quality coaches, and management to help you succeed.

Compensation: Earn $20 - $25 per enrollment in commissions for enrollments and renewals, paid out after the program ends.
