• Provide therapeutic services through synchronous live video sessions, delivering evidence-based care to clients experiencing emotional disorders including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of each client.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans, enhancing the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation via our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practices in client care and record keeping.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and with a range of mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide a safe and inclusive space where every client can feel understood and empowered to pursue their mental wellness journey. This role emphasizes the importance of cultural competence and responsiveness in addressing the unique needs of each client.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an independent LCSW license in the state of New York is mandatory; additional state licensure is considered a valuable asset.
• Strong commitment to treating varied populations and an enthusiasm for providing culturally competent care.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience applying cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients facing mental health disorders.
• Comfort with technology and an interest in integrating digital solutions into clinical practices to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.
