Job description

ABX Innovative Packaging Solutions is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging providing critical applications in healthcare, personal care, and food products. Our growing company is seeking Extruder and Slitter Operators and Helpers in the Rhinelander, WI location.


Schedule:

12-Hour Rotating Shift: approximately 4 weeks working 6:00am-6:00pm then 4 weeks working 6:00pm-6:00am, and so on; scheduled 3-4 days a week.

Starting Wage for Helpers: $22.00 per hour, Operator starting wage higher with experience

  • $500 Hiring Bonus

  • 2 weeks of vacation accrued starting date of hire, 3 weeks of vacation after year one
  • Ability to earn paid personal days with perfect attendance
  • Quarterly Profit Share Bonus eligible
  • $3.00 per hour premium when working overnight shift

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing preferred, but willing to train.
  • Prior Extrusion, Slitting, Printing or Converting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
