Absolute Recomp is seeking a results-driven General Manager with a tenacious work ethic
and a passion for fitness. The ideal candidate values member experience, drives retail

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee gym operations to ensure club runs smoothly and efficiently
• Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement,
addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring alignment with Company's core values
and commitment to providing a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain and upload all compliance standards, procedures, and policies to
optimize gym efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal
condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overall
revenue growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to drive membership and
retail growth and foster long-term member retention.
