Position Summary

Absolute Recomp is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support multiple members of our executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership, helping manage priorities, coordinate communication, and ensure critical initiatives stay on track.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, highly professional, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. What You'll Do

Executive Support

Manage calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries

Monitor and assist with executive email management

Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials

Attend meetings and document detailed notes

Capture and distribute action items and follow-up tasks

Operations & Communication

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate communication with vendors, partners, clients, and investors

Assist with contract routing, NDAs, and document execution

Track expenses, receipts, and administrative financial documentation

Project & Office Coordination

Track deadlines, projects, and action items across departments

Coordinate company events, team meetings, and off-site gatherings

Manage office vendors, supplies, and facility-related needs

Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or operations teams

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong meeting note-taking and follow-up skills

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
