  • State License License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications NBSTSA (CST), NCCT (TS-C), NBSTSA (CSFA), NCCSA (CSA), or ABSA (SA-C)
  • Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular OR.
  • References 1 reference within the last 2 years.
