Job description

Women’s Health Services is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team.  As a team member, you will be an important part of a well-established and growing independent abortion clinic. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
·         greeting patients and promoting comfort for them and their support people,
·         completing clerical intake procedures and initiate patient's visit in our electronic health record,
·         managing payment systems, including handling cash and cards,
·         navigating insurance systems and pledges as needed
·         helping clinic flow
