Qualifications:

All candidates who wish to be considered for the position of GSRP Teacher must possess a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar, be at least 19 years of age, and meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR;
  • A current Bachelor Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (A related field as defined by the State of Michigan Department of LARA includes: Elementary Education, Child Guidance/Counseling, Child Psychology, Family Studies or Social Work)
  • Professional experience working with children or in early childhood/elementary education
