In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid out of Southern Region (Home location preferably in Texas or Louisiana) with up to 60% Travel Required. #LI-Hybrid

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Present fit-for-purpose ABB Flow Instrumentation portfolio tailored to customer applications. Drives top level growth by focusing on penetration, innovation and expansion.

  • Lead Southern Region marketing and sales activities - products, services - within the defined industry segment both directly to our customers.

  • Develop the Chemical market for ABB Instrumentation, working with global teams on Value messaging and use the voice of customer to align our go to market. Build relationships with key external influencers/key customers. Drive and enhance cross-division and cross-region business-led collaboration for the specific market.

  • Activate operation intelligence, benchmarking and analysis in order to identify Industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc.

  • Ensure that the major accounts in the Petrochem market are identified and prioritized. Maps market requirements and opportunities to actions for local customers in the Southern Region.

Qualificationsfor the role:

  • Bachelor's or Technical Degree with 10+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience orHigh School Diploma with 12+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience required; Experience in measurement and analytical industry preferred

  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels in ABB and with our end users (from field personnel to corner office).

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time depending on home location and customer targets and project / EPC offices for main targeted areas.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB permanently in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is bonus eligible.
