Job Overview:

Abacus Solutions Group is seeking a temp-to-hire Warehouse Operations Supervisor in North Las Vegas. This position will be responsible for managing Product Integrity teams, providing guidance and training as needed, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Supervises the day-to-day activities of all different inspections and projects. Implements and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Must know how to measure and inspect high end garments.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring the inspection/measurement team.
  • Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skills.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Review PP/TOP samples to compare to bulk production garments.
  • Communicate with the team about any production rejections, viable solutions, and due dates.
  • Communicate and train the inspection team on how to inspect and how to do 100% inspections.
  • Manage time to ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database and digital platforms.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Review garments and make accept/reject decisions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile or fashion design.
  • Experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
  • Strong knowledge or garment production processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Efficiently manage time and resources to meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
