Warehouse Associate โ€“ Pick & Pack / Shipping & Receiving

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, and shipping a variety of products, including clothing, footwear, beauty products, and general merchandise. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.

* Pack orders securely to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

* Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, SKUs, and order accuracy before shipment.

* Receive inbound shipments and inspect merchandise for damage or discrepancies.

* Unload, sort, label, and organize inventory into designated warehouse locations.

* Prepare outbound shipments by printing labels, sealing cartons, and staging orders for carrier pickup.

* Process returns, exchanges, and damaged merchandise according to company procedures.

* Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.

* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners.

* Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

* Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.

* Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

* Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
