Since 2015, Camen Behavioral Services has been a trusted leader in ABA therapy across Central Florida. What We're Looking For

We'd love to welcome you to our team if you have:

Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Reliable Transportation - Some home visits may be required
Clear Background Check
Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - training available
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)

Your Responsibilities as a BCaBA

As a BCaBA at Camen, you'll:

Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills
Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment
Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients

Physical Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need to:

Lift with Ease: Comfortably lift at least 30 pounds as required.

Adaptability: Be prepared to sit, stand, and move quickly while working with children.
